I’m not gonna jump on Biden for every little flub but what I’ve seen from him is that he’s at the point where he has his good days and bad. Sometimes he seems cogent and lucid and other times he’s bewildered like he doesn’t know where he is.

That a guy in this state is president is a tacit admission that the position is more of a figurehead.
