Bear in mind that it costs a fraction of the amount, and is one or two tablets a day instead of an injection and is used without insulin, while giving many of the benefits of HGH.
I don't think anyone is arguing that it's a substitute for HGH, but it's still effective and easier to use.
I'm not in the US but if I were and had easy access to all the research chems domestically I would have tried the MK/CJC combo along with lots of Lantus. MK with CJC it's supposed to cause crazy GH release, some claimed it was like running 10iu of growth.
On professionalmuscle there is a big Polish bb who gets bloodwork weekly, checking a ton of different parameters. Recently he showed bloodwork where his IGF doubled by doing only 25iu of Lantus twice weekly. Kind of interesting, even if the real world relevance isn't known.
.
It's not healthy though. And having GH relesased all day long is not ideal and a few gurus like Alex Kikel say MK is the last secreratagogue they'd ever use. If someone here is interested in drug talk and hasn't seen Kikel, take a look on IG for example. This guy claims to be the foremost expert on GH.

These are not substitutes for GH though, for one thing, you don't get nearly as high absolute GH peaks which you get with injecting.
