Add up your calories today

Is anyone else tired of hearing about 1500 calorie non gmo vegan based sustainably farmed organic diets to get you to your ideal 165lb limp wrist physique

I want to know who ate the most today. Right down everything you ate from this am until you go to bed tonight. Add up the calories and share. Whoever eats the most wins. @Beefcake

So far today

2 chicken biscuits from wendies for breakfast 1000 calories
1.2lb t bone steak 1000 calories
1 peach cobbler 1900 calories
I chciken alfredo 900
1 pizza 1550 calories
3 twin popsicles 240 calories
2 32 oz gatorade  440 calories
2 big cookies 150 calories

I am at 7,180 and it is 9:30 pm. To be fair I was boating on the water all day yesterday and probably only had about 5k calories so body is hungry today. Took the day off training as feeling underfed and over trained and losing weight did play 9 holes of golf with a cart.

Did anyone else eat anything other than a handful of nuts and some sunshine and cosmic energy from the Universe? Is anyone else even trying here? Eat then eat more


10pm having 4 ounces of mozzerela with vinegar that is 80X4 or 320 calories
Also had another 16 ounces of gatorade 110 and another popsicle 80

so that is 190+320 + 7,180 so sitting at 7,690 calories at 10:15

I have been losing weight I am sore and overtrained and underfed

Fucking ridiculous...........get a clue dude that diet is what Vince Gironda would call "digestive overload" plus it`s mostly junk food that wont build muscle it will only increase your weight.

It's not overload I am absolutely burning every damn calorie off. It is not increasing my weight and I ate a ton of protein as well. I have a fast metabolism and train I need more food not less. I looked pretty decent at 230lbs I am sitting just below 220 now I need to eat more not less.

I exercise for hours everyday I do hundreds of reps where do you think a fast metabolism comes from I am still sore from a workout days ago and trying to recover

Bullshit lets see a pic I had 8k calories yesterday and I am shredded at 5:30 am. There is no fucking way you are my weight in better shape on 2k calories you can't be training like me put up or shut up

There are tons of foods loaded with fats and sugar and plain old empty calories......if you dont burn them off you will get sloppy and why eat crap just to say you ate 7000  crap filled calories?

Eating a whole peach cobbler did nothing as far as adding solid muscle tissue is  concerned............... just empty calories....how much protein per serving................. how much sugar?

I know your answer will be "sugar is a superfood"......................an other dumb statement unless the sugar is not refined and derived from good clean carb sources................. ..not peach cobbler or ice cream.

Who the fuck is getting fat and sloppy???? Carbs and sugar are protein sparring if I just ate steak all day my body would be using protein for energy not building muscle. Overtraining is not a smart idea.

I pushed myself beyond the limit for decades cuz I loved to train and challenge myself cuz that`s what old school guys were taught to do in the magazines..... our only source of learning back then...... but you only grow when you eat enough good food and SLEEP AND REST if I had done just enough to stimulate growth I more than likely would have done much better a far as building muscle is concerned.

LOOK UP THE WORD CORTISOL.

YOU DON`T GROW IN THE GYM OR IF YOU TRAIN AROUND THE CLOCK......YOU ONLY GROW WHEN RESTING/RECOUPERATING.

You can also overwork your central nervous system simply by grossly overtraining.

Basic stuff dude......you should know this already.

I`ve heard that said before also..............twist it around any way you want to, but the person who first  said that said it to justify his overtraining and was more than likely on a boatload of gear which enabled him to recover from this overtraining.

Class is over for now......way too early for arguing with a person who wont look at things from other sensible points of view.

You idiots told me to eat more I was to thin when I came on here. Then I told everyone what I eat and it's oh you are going to get fat you are eating too much. It can't be both. Clearly if I am shredded and eating 8k calories a day it is not too much. In fact if I am losing weight it is clearly not enough. If I ate a sensible 2k calories like everyone around here claims I would lose even more weight. I am trying to gain weight than means I need more calories not less.
