Lets see those wheels

Ok this is my weakest bodypart. I was on a cane 2 summers ago just to get around the house. So maybe my haters can participate and get one on me. I know we all have our favorite pic from a decade ago but lets try and keep it real and current. The idea here is to motivate everyone not to bash each other. This is me today

This was taken with about 1/4 mile to go in a race I recently ran. Humid as fuck that day. Sweated like a 🐷

I have not done direct calf work in ages but the seated calf raise thread got me motivated to do some calf extensions on the Cybex leg press machine in my gym. I’m expecting big gains😂😂

What is your training style? Split?

Do you like Strength? Whats your best lift?

I have a chest day, a back day, a leg day, and an arm day I used to have a shoulder day when I was younger but not anymore. I try to get through all 4 each week. I train at home so no machines other than my leg extension curl and calf raise. All free weights for upper body. I keep it simple and do 2-3 exercises a workout. I used to train lower reps for upper body (no cables or machines right now) but have stayed high reps think 20+ since an injury in March. Arms I train with lower reps and obviously I do less pullups than that per set but for the most part its high reps lots of sets a couple hundred reps total per workout right now.

Legs refuse to grow but do best can outer quad finishes too far above knee leaving a gap yet calves I don’t ever train or give a shit about but are ok ffs haha

July 2019 neither of my legs were walking legs much less running. The doctors wanted to go in and shave down the bone in both knees. I had a 2cm tear in my meniscus a bakers cyst and fluid leaking everywhere I was on a cane and in pain. I had a lot of fluid in the knees and complete atrophy. They were talking knee replacement because my bolts were 20 years old and all quadrants in both knees were stage 4 arthritis bone on bone. My knees were bigger than my quads

 As such fuck yes I will take cross country running legs that is a big step up. You all think this is just about getting big for me? This is about walking
