A shithole of a place. Druggies, scum, pavement apes and libtards.Ill take my hillbilly-home in the hills any day of the week.If there's one thing I hate, is people, and there aren't many around.
NYC is in the process of "reopening" - but will the businesses come back? Many were on the way out long before COVID-19, and the rate of closures & vacancies does not appear to be going down.NYC: A documentary of urban decay
I live near NYC. Real estate in NJ is going through the roof from people fleeing NYC. Houses are going above asking price with crazy bidding on houses.
Agree with Al. We heard the same thing after 9/11. None of the big Real Estate Projects shut down for more than a few weeks during the pandemic. Restaurants seem busier than ever with all the outdoor dining. Plus, the law and order candidate is going to be Mayor, no thanks to White Libs, and he exposed a dirty little secret.https://nypost.com/2021/07/04/nyc-mayor-race-shows-its-well-off-whites-who-back-far-left/“White liberals are more left-wing than black and Hispanic Democrats on pretty much every issue,” Democratic pollster Davis Shor argues in New York Magazine, “even on racial issues or various measures of ‘racial resentment.’”
White libtards, the Major-Cucks of the West. They fight for BBC rights!

lol - spoken like a person that has never travelled globally. NYC sucks. Lived there as a kid then moved, thank god.
I'm not american, I'm very global, I've lived on every continent. I came to nyc for grad school and stayed after.
It's fun if you have money and are in Manhattan. Otherwise can be miserable.
It will be back. The housing market is already showing signs of a badly wanted recovery.Rossman makes some interesting content, but I think he already made his mind up about NY's death (I could be wrong, but I seem to remember a series of videos he did where he was pissed that rents hadn't fallen more) and I don't think walking that stretch of 6th avenue is a good gauge of a possible recovery.
