Are you freaking kidding me, how does an earth shattering event like this happen and I was not notified ?

Are your PMs not working ? Is everyone on this board developmentally disabled like Shitzo ?

There have been pics of Henda’s legs on here for a week and none of you tubby blunt fucks thought to PM me and share the wealth ?

Sometimes this place really needs an enema, pull your pants up from around your ankles and get with it boys. A girl should not have to scour so many gimmick threads to find the odd pot of gold. I am disappoint.

On another topic, this past week I worked on Power Cleans !

I’m not sure they made me anymore “powerful” or bigger, but they made me sore. I might not be doing them correctly. I did use my wrist straps.

I’m going to start a thread to see what is the correct form and find out how many hundreds more lbs TommyWishbone can do than me. LOL

Popular again because of Crossfit

Necessary for bodybuilding? No.

My best ever? I did a lot of them. Lots of rack pulls. Lots of heavy standing push presses. I really don't recall anything heavier than 315 X 3. Something close to that.

My left shoulder has popped for 15+ years due to 315 on push presses. Young and dumb. $:-\$

LOL…I was able to do them with 95 lbs. The Olympic bar and the 25 lb bumper plates on each side.

I’m not sure I understand the exercise ? I suppose if you are training for explosive movements (non bowel 😂) then they might be good for an Olympic lifted or football lineman or something like that ?

They sure did make my stomach muscles sore. I pushed my new squatting routine back a week because I’m getting better shoes for squatting.

I trained with Bill Starr for a few years in the early 80s. He liked the power clean because he felt like that one exercise hit so many different muscles. Lower and upper back traps and even biceps.He said if you were a football player you could do just power cleans along with squats and presses and still have plenty of energy for football related activities without overtraining.I did them for just a few months along with my deadlifts hoping they would improve it.For bodybuilding training I would think you would rather include some different exercises like pull downs and rows and such because you aren’t wearing yourself out doing wind sprints and blocking sleds and other football exercises.Good luck
