There seem to be many young guys these days looking way better than Arnold at that age (even natty)
YAWN!!
Yet we have another case of comparing a legend nowhere near his best with another guy at/near his peak. Plus, I don't think Arnold is even at contest shape there, notwithstanding that the standards for definition were different back in his day.
Roland Kickinger was supposed to be just like Arnold; MuscleMag had this Canadian guy (Bruce Patterson) who won some national show at 20 or 21; he was compared to Arnold.
In fact, he was hyped up so much that he got an IFBB pro card, even though the show he won (Canada Cup) was not an IFBB pro qualifier at the time.
To be "fair", the IFBB also gave a pro card to the guy who won that show the previous year (Ray Williams). But, he HARDLY got all the fanfare and publicity that Patterson did.
Incidentally and unless my memory fails me, Williams beat Patterson at every pro show in which the two of them competed, though neither were in the running for the winner's circle.
