I am bigger leaner and stronger since then. I was 210 in that pic I am 220 in the am now and 225 going to bed. Also your most recent pics are several years old so we can assume you have regressed in that time period. Additionally that is one month after a pec tear most of my gains have been in my legs. 220 used to be my fat weight and 210 was in shape. Now my fat weight is 230 and 220 is in shape.

So I went to bed at midnight with a belly after a chocolate milkshake. I had a steak for diner I had sausage and biscuits yesterday for breakfast. I ate lunch out and had a pound of peel and eat shrimp with a burger and a coke. I had nachos with a spinach and cheese dip around 10pm. Not sure what else I ate but I had a 40 inch waste and a belly when I went to bed. 5 hours later woke up like this

I have heard my build compared to Rude before not a bad comparison. Here is a pic from today in a similar pose as the April photo this is mid leg workout so no upper body pump. I think I have made gains. I also think legs have improved the most. But regardless I didn't start out a fat fuck. I have been in shape everyday all summer so far that ain't bad. I am also 10lbs heavier on the scale than I was in April
