72 year old Powerlifter (Rudy Kadlub) Sets 4 IPL World Records

He said he would, and he did. In June 2021, 72-year-old powerlifter and co-owner and CEO of Kabuki Strength, Rudy Kadlub, called his shot — he would set a new International Powerlifting League (IPL) squat world record in the Masters (70-74) Division at the United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) Drug-Tested National Championships held on July 12-16, 2021 in Palm Springs, CA.

Kadlub not only set an IPL world record squat, but he also set IPL world records for all three big lifts and total in the 100-kilogram (220 lb) weight class.
Here were his world record stats from the event:

USPA Drug-Test National Championships — Rudy Kadlub

Squat — 195 kilograms (429.9 pounds)
Bench Press — 139.7 kilograms (308 pounds)
Deadlift — 227.3 kilograms (501 pounds)
Total — 562 kilograms (1,238.9 pounds)

I see a 72 year old man with a belly. Dude is not in shape. Powerlifting allows out of shape guys to pretend they are in shape but I know better he has a massive gut not impressive at all. He is not in shape this is not a well trained physique

No he has a large fat belly forget intercoastals. He can't see his dick. He also isn't moving big weight you don't need a massive belly to bench 300lbs. He isn't some massive powerlifter he is an old man with a belly who does these contest to convince himself he is trained and in shape. He is not in shape though he is fat.

Get a clue dude,you have no idea what it`s like to be 72 and no idea how hard it woukd be for a person that age to do these lifts.

Look I get it compared to your average 72 year old he is strong but he has a belly. His midsection is big it's not full of food either he is carrying an extra 20lbs of flab around his waist. I have seen 72 year olds with abs. This guy is not in great shape. He would look fat on the beach yes he has strong arms and legs that is good but he needs to lose his large belly.

I hadn't considered the breathing against the belt as I don't use one but that could be it or maybe he was bulking to be as strong as posisble for meet just saying he looks like he could trim up his midsection. But yes arms are great
