I am better off than many folks I see at my doctors' offices. Sometimes it is difficult to put things in perspective. But "difficult" is not impossible. I have had to set aside my ego and the memories of my youth that feed it otherwise I would be a lot worse off mentally and perhaps even physically. As I've said, the biggest thing on any of us is our ego and that can get us into trouble in the gym because we want what we want but as we age, we need to realize that what we need is more important and attainable than what we really desire. Our youth back.
That is not gonna happen anytime soon, LOL!
I cannot imagine how Arnold or Zane must think when having to do so but the reality of aging is a fact of life for us all. bhank is a lot younger than I am so to some degree I know what he is going through as I have been there. We all tease him and he seems tp goe along with it by posting some hilarious responses here but unlike many of the cuckold libbies here, I do wish him well in his desire to be as fit as he can be.
