It really doesn't I literally push my face forward and only use pics that hide the size of my neck swallowing my damn jawline. You can see in the pic I posted I ave no fucking neck it tapes over 19 inches just stupid IO get it you know how to zoom. Doesnt mean women with 14 inch arms and necks are my size just stupid
