If it’s a complete rupture you should see a gap between your elbow to where the bicep rolled up.
Thanks , doctor thinks its a bicep tear but ill prob know after getting an Xray but considering that she's scheduling me for sports therapy and rehab, she's prob right. ..first time for everything
i'll be pulling for you vince
Did you ask the doctor about forming a cocoon of nutrients around the area of injury?
I literally inform my doctors how I am healing things and they listen to what I am telling them because they see it works. This was my right arm with a torn bicep shoulder and pectorial diagnosis in March of this year. It doesn't look like that now does it? The cocoon is legit science backed by multiple scientific studies. Forming the cocoon isn't a simple thing getting the body to blow up is not as easy as you think. But you want to heal? Blow the fuck up the same science that creates monsters heals
Bro….I got the joke, even if everyone else missed it.
You need an MRI to see soft tissue tears an XRAY will not show you that. Also you don't need fucking physical therapy if you havent even had an MRI get a new DR Go to an actual orthopedist at a sports medicine clinic and get an actual MRI ordered. They can't tell what is torn otherwise it could be bicep shoulder elbow pec tricep etc etc etc anyone of those can cause what looks like a bicep tear. My entire arm was black as yours in March had mutiple tears in biceop shoulder pec contributing to it. You need to see if it is the muscle or the tendon partial or complete you need an MRIMy orthopedic laughed at me when I asked if I needed physical therapy said I was more than capable of rehabbing myself as partially torn or not still 100x stronger than what they do in rehab. Told me to straight up lift with it that exercise was the best therapy. I have trained so hard since then I have to go ask about tendonitis now lolUrgent care is not an orthopedic you need to see an orthopedic and get an MRI
Shhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttttt
Doing what Curls? BBell Rows?
I think I'll take my doctor's advice and referrals. I have great insurance
Then get a godamn MRI you need one urgent care is not a specialist you need to see an ortho to read your MRI results
Are you a doctor?? I went to urgent care because it's cheaper and faster than an emergency room to see a doctor. I got an x-ray, a diagnosis, and appointments set up with a bone specialist and a sports therapist. Unlike you and some other goofs, I let the doctor..who went to medical school to decide what treatment I should get...very simple
