Zane at 47 hate to break your hearts but my Arms are bigger my forearms are twice his size my shoulders and frame are also just bigger. Put us next to each other in a t shirt and I dwarf him by 35lbs of lean muscle and my forearms are twice as big and developed with more detail he has child like forearms looks to be 190lbs tops

Bertil was not really that good. Watch videos of him instead of still photos. He was a great gym bodybuilder but not so much onstage.

Frank Zane was not the best bodybuilder in 1977 either. The Olympia didn't invite everyone. Pete won Mr World that year with a better build

Zane looked like living sculpture, you look like a Salvador Dahli melting clock painting by comparison.

Half your body is torn up.....you would have never beaten me when I was dialed in regardless of weight........trust me on that genius.

I have crohns which causes gas and bloating once I start eating because I sit all day. When I am active or empty and not bloated I have no waste it would be much tighter on stage. Right arm was torn in March it is catching back up. Yes have had some tears mid 40s but again recovering. Back always looks best super lean and dry. Right now I am deliberately holding some fluid as that is best for growth this is bulking me in a cocoon. But yes I am over 225 with 19 inch arms and lean at 43 you can still see my obliques despite bulking so yeah I am a beast
