Never have I seen a guy join this board who bragged more than you do and looked as shitty as you do.

This is some really good advice he could follow. Trouble is, once you are in his mindset and state of mind, it doesn't matter what others say at all.
I still standby my opinion that competing on a stage, as criticised as it is on here, is a great reality check for people who think they are smashing it in the gym.
