Good points. I agree.

Howard you’re making this harder than it needs to be. I need you to play along.

Knee is good enough to roundhouse Bhanks bringing his record to 0 and 3.

That blonde's wrist straps are hot!

The lure  of wielding a sword whilst clad in a thong is a powerful attraction.
The scent of pro tan bronzer is strong in  this one.

BHanks is on a quest to pose his oiled glutes in front of 10's of half-awake fans on Saturday night. ;D

On a serious note, I get some fleeting nostalgia from my own days in the flexing thong.
Then I remember the long days , sitting around in caked on pro tan, dehydrated , hungry  and no shower for 2 days, etc.
You suck it up and eek a decent pump to do the prejudging and feel drained.

Then you get to wait around feeling like shit to pose in front of bored "fans".
You're  hoping to get a cheap trophy or costume store  sword, etc.

I was crazy for bodybuilding most of my adult life.
Now, I swear , I wonder what the fuk I was thinking  ???

You make bodybuilding competitions sound absolutely horrendous. It's enough to discourage the most dedicated potential sword warrior, much less someone who only decided to enter a few days ago. One thing is for sure, I never would have endured that much discomfort for a plastic trophy a sword or a medal. I am too lazy and very impatient. Anyone dedicated enough to go through the rigors of this type of competition, has my respect.

Its mainly for an intrinsic sort of reward like for people who don't even receive anything after marathons. The trophy is nice as a symbol of achievement, they have potency for a while after you achieve a win.

Obviously, it wasn't all bad  ;).

It will be interesting to learn BHanks competition experience.
I hope he posts a bit on how he felt about it.

I have trophies in the loft, I threw some away, I just have my latest ones in the office room where no one can see them, I will be putting them in my garage gym when I get around to putting a shelf up

I threw all my trophies helter skelter in my barn in boxes......kept the more prestigous ones in the house along with the first bb trophy I ever won in 1987.

Dust collectors.....they dont mean that much to me anymore at all.

^^^This. I got many trophies for winning or placing top 3 in bicycle races. They are long gone off to the landfill. But man- the memories are priceless.

I just found out who you would be as a superhero. The Dust Collector! You would go around showing mid-life crisis people, that life isn't over yet.

I still keep 1 of my RPS trophies out, they're so tacky and gaudy it's almost endearing

OK. He threatened your family. Now take care of it like a man. You said you would pay his way and now you are going back on your word. You are not a man of your word. You have no honor.
