Week 8 is damn sure explosive

I dont know what the deal is but if someone were to ask me what week I felt all hell break loose in my cycle I would have to say week 8....test-enan and Deca by the way.... I feel out of control in the gym... my pumps are rediculous and i am a human food disposal..clean protein and brown rice and shit of course.... I hate to see this shit end but I got 4 more weeks of  test-e before i start my test-prop.... damn boys

Damn bro, glad to see you're doing good with the one......I think I remember you saying in another thread you were into the 7000 calorie range.....?  That's alot of damn food for sure.  I don't think I have ebough time in my week/weekend to prepare this amount of food.  I could always get an account with McDonalds and get to that number pretty quick  : ;D

iv never used it in the past and will always choose eq .... but i may try nandrolone in the future if big john gives it the thumbs up!

im not trying to boast..... 7000 is tuff, hell 5000 is tuff and thats probably more like what i was getting but it wasnt all clean....Im around 4800 calories a day now and mostly clean but its just hard to get the count up that high unless theres some huge porterhouse steaks in there somewhere and thats my down fall.... im trying to keep it at fish, turkey, and chicken though.

Well, when i first started DECA....... DIVISION and them told me to watch out for deca dick with the dosage I was running but i didnt listen..(I was on 1:1 ratio   500/500)

I didnt listen to them and a few weeks later i was on a cruise with my girl and had NO INTEREST whatsoever in sex.... my girl would have her thong in my face and I'd be wanting to go to the casino... Now, my dick WOULD get hard once we started fuckin around but i just had no interest.... I changed the ratio to 2:1  .... TEST-600mg   and DECA-300  and my workouts got better, I got horny as hell, and thats when i started making posts about being in love with gear and shit

CONCLUSION:  2:1 test/deca ratio only

If you're trying to bulk up there is nothing wrong with throwing some red meat in there...just keep the portions reasonable and choose only the leanest cuts of beef...red meat can really benefit the process.

JOHNS' STEROID DIET:


meal one at wake up:

4 egg whites 1 whole egg
1 cup Publix fat free yogurt
1 cup cooked oatmeal or 1 cup kashi cereal with skim
2 pieces stone ground whole wheat

meal two after gym:

3/4 cup oatmeal ground in blender
50gm whey powder in blender
1/2 bananna in blender
4 frzen strawberries in blender
1/2 cup milk in blender
1 tablespoon p-butter in blender
2 tblspn olive oil in blender
water for consistencie...grind it mix it and drink it

meal 3 lunch: 1 chix breast diced and sauteed in olive oil
1 1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 bag publix frozen green beans
fresh strawberries for dessert

meal 4:

1 can albacore white tuna with lowfat mayo
10 wheat crackers
large helping mixed veggies

meal 5 dinner:
1 12-16 oz new york strip
large helping barilla plus protein and mineral fortified pasta with lowfat italian dressing
large portion of brocolli
chopped apples for dessert

meal 6:
50 gm whey powder mixed with milk
whatever leftovers are in the fidge from previous meals

at bedtime:
50 more grams whey powder
1 peice of wheat bread with tuna and mayo on top


I also eat fatty as shit like Mcdonalds and pizza and shit in between these meal when i  get hungry

im eatin 4500 cals per day with about 250 grams of protein ..... but i also drink a litre of full fat coke on top of that so its more like 5000!

You have NO CHOICE but to grow.  I've used a blender shake real similar to that one before....calories calories calories!

Sorry, I wan't sure where I got 7K calories from, but 5K will get you results.

Also, like freeagain said, thats a whole lotta shittin, so hope work is dump friendly ;D

If you're trying to bulk up there is nothing wrong with throwing some red meat in there...just keep the portions reasonable and choose only the leanest cuts of beef...red meat can really benefit the process.

I buy the large econo packs of lean sirloin, thick cut.  That's very lean.  Red meat provides creatine and the heaviness of the beef keeps me full easier than other meats.

Freefree,

I could never eat you like you, bulking or cutting.  I gain fat way too easy to ever eat that sloppy.  I haven't had any kind of candy in years.  I don't even crave simple sugars anymore, the only time I eat them is post-workout shake.  Most of my diet is clean meats, complex carbs and fibers.....it's just that I eat ALOT.

More than most.

if you actually examine my diet the majority is actually really good. fries i cook in the oven with no fat .. and i eat shit loads of rice but not the brown crap .. i like the flavoured stuff in packets with all the dried veg in etc. and i certainly wont waste the best part of the egg and bin the yokes .. ill eat 4 whole eggs scrambled. and i wont eat bowls of oatmeall .. ieat hyooge flapjacks from the health food shop.. full of sugar and butter !  :P

its just i lke a few nice extras on top of my meals ... like a kitkat or somethin.

when i juice  i eat like a king  .. its reward for trainin till i feel sick.

Super Wal-Mart.

Look for the 3lb. packages of "Sirloin Steak tip/ thick cut".

It's lean and inexpensive.  They also have Flank steak but it's alot more pricy, but I buy that too, just because I like it.

I shop at Costco, so its also reasonably priced there...flank is like 5 bucks a pound (compared to 7+ at Publix) and lean sirloin is like 3-4 bucks (compared to 6-7 at Publix)

And Div, 1.5 lbs is a lot of meat in one sitting, I suppose if your on enough gear you'd be able to assimilate that much protein....of course if it works for you......

bro i know you proly know this....but for the sake of conversation... all tha t shit you named turns to sugar no matter how you cook it.... fries, rice packs etc... but hell, you know what works for you.... i got the balls too admit tthat I ate a double cheese burger and a fishsandwhich on the way to the grocery store..... most people wont admit it but I bet the majority of guys in here try to eat alot of good foods but also eat alot of pure shit too because you get so damn hungry and cant cook but so many times... thats why i love the crock pot... you can put about 4 lbs of that sirloin DIV was talkin about in the crock pot with fat free cream mushroom soup on low and come home from work and that shit will be so tender it will be falling aart when you throw it over a huge plate of brown rice... there about 1000 calories for you and about 60 grams of good protein per plate........

It's not whether I assimilate it all, but that it fills me up and I like it.  Other people eat junk food, I eat alot of redmeat.

well im gonna hijack john's thread ..... tomorrow will be 4 weeks since startin my cycle.. im up 14lbs ... got a bit of extra fat on my gut but not much .. but my back, pecs and tris are startin to look rediculous  8) (relatively speakin) ... my traps wont budge though!  >:(

if the gains dont peter out after week 8 .. im lookin at 35 pound weight gain for the whole cycle... with perhaps a few pounds lost post cycle (although im attackin my system with albuterol and clenbuterol post cycle this time to hang onto everythin i got)

the 10mg nolv and 50mg proviron per day have kept me dry as a nun's!  ;D

the few extra few millimetres of fat when i pinch the skin underneath my belly button is slightly alarmin so iv decided to go extra intense with volume and weight on legs day to lean out the body! hopefully squats till i pass out and all the energy required to repair such a massive muscle group will keep me solid rather than wobbly.

i can still see my abs...
