5 days out first NPC show Advice?

Went to morning tanning found dude in my weight class said he drank 8 ounces yesterday and was eating white rice every two hours

Meanwhile I drank 80 oz and was eating oatmeal a complex carb

So no I didn’t do that right I swear I looked better at 225 should have gone heavy and changed nothing

But live and learn here now just feel like I dieted away all my gains and now look small and flat with no veins should I just some sugar before stage? Having an oatmeal now it’s all I have available right now

Yeah I would be happy to just not be last some of these dudes are jacked but hoping one of my divisions is me and a 3 legged dog so I can get the win. If I win I am going to declare myself the Goat but I ha e already met a cohe guys in my division so hoping to place.would not cut an ounce next time as not going to win so would be more fun full and big.  But my girl who doesn’t know anything about bodybuilding told me my arms look grainy so that is a good sign. She didn’t even know if that was good or bad

Is there any truth to the concept of having a shot of alcohol a few minutes before posing to add vascularity??

I`t might make a very slight, tiny,little, small, miniscule, microscopic,infentesimle bit of an iota of he;p but nothing great.

I used to use this oil called Hot Stuff...it` a vasilidator (sp) that brings out your vascularity......actuall y make your skin feel hot.

That`s why we cut water not to replace all that we`ve lost at one time......I told you to just drink a small glass and sip here and there jut to keep our mouth moist.
