5 days out first NPC show Advice?

Well no one can call me short anymore. I am probably last in all the classes but at 43 with crohns on 5 days notice I think I did ok. Abs could have been tighter but cut down then added back water which probably was a mistake. Just figured after I saw everyone I wasn’t going to win anyway so may as well have some fluids.

I literally registered a s purchase an NPC card 5 days ago. I literally changed everything 5 days ago I was bulking last week and 225lbs

With five days notice, just getting up there and hanging in there is a victory.  The placing doesn’t matter.  Enjoy the experience and learn from it.

Maybe next show you can prepare for 10 or 15 days and really kick ass
