Yes, you can improve of course.

However, my advices is not to waste your time doing the competitive bodybuilding thing.

Not because you can't do it but because it's a meaningless waste of anyone's time.

Train for fun and health.

I entered multiple classes this was the best lineup for pics I took 3 out of 4 in the other class but regardless I can’t compete against people who don’t show up. We have a saying in racing I am lapping everyone in the stands. Black dude was a freak and in 2 of my classes and they never put me and the other guy next to each other both classes took 3rd I never stood next to 2nd and I thought it was close . They are also both in their 20s so yeah I think I did great. This one I don’t get I should have won the over 40. But whatever it’s just for fun

Thanks Shizzo I am not trying to take anything away from the guy he said he has been competing for 20years amd his legs were bigger but I respectfully disagree with the decision they said it was close and made us pose off. I probably didn’t pose well either which didn’t help but yeah I would take my build over his all day everyday. Arms before legs but whatever I got a cool pic for my Instagram and if the winner goes pro I can say I had him on the calves.

Yes I should have prepped different learned the poses and done a routine but I did it on 5 days and drove 8 hours just to get there. I think I did ok I wish I had brought a better me but learned a few things if I ever do it again.

I didn’t mind getting 2 out of 4 in the open but Not winning the over 40 does hurt a little until I saw the pics judges are blind ha but yeah I need more leg still wouldn’t trade my arms for them. On the beach this dude is getting no looks loose skin blocky not arms. I still get looks despite being 43 because I have arms and abs no loose skin

In the over 40 the other guy has no biceps and a blockier waist. He has better lats than you and maybe they also gave him bonus points for his beard and glasses. I bet if you still had that cool stache you'd have beaten him.
