IMO, there has to be more to this. A year ago he was one of the leaders of the party with an approval rating in the 70s. It’s almost surreal that this happened. He had to piss off a powerful special interest.

So much of this shit goes on behind the scenes. The legislature was probably getting pissed about how much power Cuomo had so they started the wheels in motion. They want that power for themselves. Now they have it.

Last time I was in downtown Albany was before Covid. The main business street, South Pearl, had for rent signs on all the storefronts. Meanwhile you have all these huge government buildings bustling with activity. 😥 It’s completely divorced from the private sector.

Four of them were Democrats and Five were Republican. Many more folks have been accused of sexual misconduct but some of them managed to stay in office, i.e. Trump, Biden, Chief Justice Roy Moore (voted out), Brett Kavanaugh.
