It's not as bad as that.  The country is split 50/50 as shown by the battle ground states.  There are all kinds of ways around the tech/media monopoly.  For example, who would listen to anything CNN says at this point.  The Democrat control of the internet via Facebook and Google is temporary and it will eventually backfire on those big tech companies.  Remember the internet is in it's infancy and nobody controls it.  Does the democrat party control Getbig, nope, that would be Ron.

My opinion is CNN made a huge mistake this election alienating half of the country.  Their old 24 hour news model seemed to work better.  Maybe that was profitable for a few quarters, but not on a long term basis.  Legacy media is dead anyways.

We will see a necessary rebirth of the internet with a proliferation of outlets.  Trying to control the internet is like trying to hold back the ocean.  It's just not going to happen.

Agreed.  There's going to be a proliferation of sources.  We aren't just stuck with three networks and news papers are dead.  I personally used Facebook very rarely, mainly with my younger sister.  When I asked my friend who I talk to on the phone weekly why he de-friended me on Facebook, he said he deleted his account when his sister posted a picture of him on an old couch on his Facebook page.  I mention this just to indicate how little power I believe Facebook has over the male population. 

At this point I get most of my news from trusted Youtubers and Getbig.  The legacy media and Hollywood have much less power than they think.  Hollywood is just woke remakes of old movies that were much better in the original form anyway.
