What’s up with these mrna vaccines?
« on: August 16, 2021, 09:16:13 PM »
What they only last 6 months? I read today the “3rd booster shot “ they are proposing is the same as the 1st 2 shots. So what the 3rd one miraculously stops delta? I could see if it was something different in it, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. And why no press on JnJ is it because it uses viral vector technology and only 1 shot is needed?
Thoughts?

Both J&J and AstraZeneca are viral vector vaccines. Pfizer and Moderna are mRNA vaccines and Novavax is a protein subunit vaccine (old school).  All these vaccines are pretty efficient at helping with the COVID virus and the J&J vaccine has a similar efficacy rate to the AZ, Moderna and Pfizer ones.

I guess the way to look at this is like going to the gym, you can go to the gym once and get a strength gain, and then you go again and get a bit stronger but if you don't do anything ever again you lose the gains; this is similar to vaccines and boosters.  There are already many variants/mutations of the virus but they all have similar features that the vaccine works against so unless the way the virus attacks cells change then the vaccines should be ok.  The  delta variant is transmittable than previous versions and has now become the main variant in Europe and the USA; the issue with the delta variant seems to be that vaccinated people can still transmit it even if they don't suffer from symptoms or issues from the actual virus thanks to the vaccines.

From what i can see the booster shots will be targeted more towards combating the delta variant but this could end up like the flu vaccine where it constantly mutates so boosters are required every year

maybe because the mrna is quickly destroyed after delivery of its message in the body? I am not sure...

The Pfizer Covid vax only lasts 6 months or so.  According to results in Israel it actually is significantly less effective after 4 months.

Moderna seems to last slightly longer and is more effective against the Delta.

They are learning as they go since these vaxxes are new and relatively untested.

You don't hear about the J&J anymore because of the clotting risk and it appears to be less effective than the Pfizer and Moderna vax.

The gov't has made huge investments in buying Pfizer and Moderna vaxxes so they are pushing them.

“Learning as they go”

Yeah, blast that gunk into your body.

Hahahahahaha.

Delta is about as lethal as an ostrich fart.

I'll get my Covid vaccine as often as I get my flu vaccine.

Just shut up and inject the mRNA into your arm. This is a pandemic, didn't you hear?! We don't have time to answer questions.

One of my co-workers got the shot and they went from being strong conservatives with good values to becoming extremely liberal and unemployed. They even put a Biden bumper sticker on their car....smh

I thought the science behind MRNA vaccines is 20 years in the making?

Side note is the flu shot considered a vaccine?

the technology behind mRNA medicine has been researched for about 20 years and has been used in some cancer treatments but this is the first vaccine using mRNA

J and J should be the preferred since it's similar to Influ shoot but that rushed fucboi vaccine causes blood clots and nerve damage.  Makes no difference blc we are in the Age of the Boosters.  Unbelievable how they have fooled people about natural immunity vs. the bullshit you need a qtip up the nose to even know you have it.

FOH!

“I think we’re running out of second chances,” said Dr. Matthew Harris, the medical director of the coronavirus vaccination program at Northwell Health, New York’s largest hospital system. “What keeps me up at night is the inevitability of a variant that is not responsive to the vaccine, so if this is how we stay ahead of it, I fully support it.”

Federal officials envision offering additional shots to recipients of the single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine, as well as those who got Moderna or Pfizer. But the government only began offering that vaccine in March and only 14 million people have gotten it. By comparison, 155 million people have been fully vaccinated with either Pfizer or Moderna.

Data from a Johnson & Johnson clinical trial in which participants were given two doses is likely to be submitted to the F.D.A. later this month and is expected to guide the government’s recommendation on that vaccine.

It's the neocon-ization of viruses.

Neocons = endless wars

Now it's endless booster shots. Immune systems are just a conspiracy theory. It's natural for everyone to be needle-raped for the rest of their lives. Who gets rich off of endless wars and booster shots?

They're even calling it a war:  https://twitter.com/ilSharko/status/1428018800436391942

The variants are more contagious but way less deadly.  Just a handful across the country who were vaccinated died from the variant. The news providers, social media providers, video providers and Democrats keep pushing the fear and manipulated statistics to make it seem like all hell is breaking loose again. Democrats keep hyping on Florida when they are just 26 in deaths compared to the rest of the country.

Democrat have to say it's unsafe to vote in person for the midterms so they can pull the mail in scam again of voting again.

At some point there is going to be a huge backlash.  Australia is even worse.

So a friend of mine is double jabbed but has just tested postive for covid and has to isolate for 9 days. He has no symptoms but has to stay indoors. Why when he's vaccinated, coz he can still pass it on to a vulnerable person who maybe can't be jabbed and apparantly you still carry the same viral load vaccinated as the unvaccinated. So where does this shit end and what's the point of a vaccine that you can still catch it, still get ill, still pass it on and doesn't give freedoms back

J&J is a viral vector vaccine.

The flu vax is an inactivated vaccine.
