Looks like you have a titanium rod in there.

What do they measure? Guessing 11 inches? 1 inch from the oil.

Can see the injection marks. You should rotate the heads inner/ outer to avoid scar
Tissue build up.

So 10 inches I’m guessing pre oil.

What division is this pic ( 3 guys) and what place did you get? How many were in this class? Didn't you place with a medal in every class?!

You can see the injections marks lol I have never Injected anything into a calf tell me since you are the expert where does one inject a forearm??
