I have never put any oil in a calf bicep tricep shoulder or pec you even claimed I put it in my quads you are fucking insane and claim you can see oil and injection marks everywhere you can't be serious. There is no such thing as site enhancing oil only poison that deforms and yes actually kills people when they get liver and kidney failure blood clots and heart attacks. I will never put a drop of that shit anywhere. I really hope you haven't been using it and if you have all bullshitting aside stop before it deforms and kills you.

The tell tale sign of oil in the biceps and triceps in addition to lumps that don't move or have any detail is relatively smaller less developed forearms meanwhile I have the exact opposite so yeah you are failing hard

Bi lateral ACL repairs they took 1/3rd of the patella tendon drilled holes through the bone stuck it through then held it down with titanium bolts 25 years ago. Now it is just bone on bone everything.

2 years ago the DR told me to shave down the bone to walk again without a cane. I could barely use a recombant stationary bike. I had 100cc plus of fluid in both knees was getting them drained on a regular basis. Have not had them drained now in 2 years. Don't use a cane anymore. Weight training legs now. I can do a lot of things I am not supposed to be able to do anymore.

Building muscle and strengthening tendons to support your broken knee joints is a wise move. Makes much more sense than becoming an invalid. The quadriceps and hamstrings are the two main muscle groups that support the knee. Occasionally, you do something right.
