No, the weird shape is due to "Synthol." It's the classic bicep peak while extended.

Nasser said he had no oil in his body. I was standing next to a high school kid who asked him about it and he invited the kid to touch his shoulders and arms to see if he could “feel the oil.”

The kid patted him down like he was searching for weapons, Nasser kept asking if he felt oil or muscle, the kid said it’s all muscle here,  it was one of the funnier things I’ve ever seen.
