If a man has clinically low T they will put him on TRT just to get to a normal range. Most who claim to be on TRT have large muscles and claim it's from lifting. TRT to get a person to normal ranges is not going to cause overly large muscles. How many natural bodybuilders look like they even lift?
You are correct. Being on TRT brings you within the normal "range" for your age. Most Doctors will put you in the "high" range if you ask them to and you have no health issues. Just tell them you are still having energy and libido problems, there is no way for them to know if you are telling the truth.
Being on TRT will not make you muscular. My dad has been on TRT for 15 years and still looks the same.
It can help you look a little better and leaner if you workout a lot, but not enough to really get excited about.
Real natural BBers are not very big. Most "natural" lifters use Insulin, peptides, SARMS and GH at a very minimum. There was a thread here years ago with all these jacked natural guys in it, they were all enhanced with everything "but" AAS. Just GH and Slin alone can add 30 pounds easy over a period of years.
My "TRT" is 200mg per week, which puts me out of range, but my Endo is a friend of mine and helps me out. It's more of a "cruising" dose for me, since i cycle 6 months out of the year at higher doses.
A true TRT for me would be around 75mg per week from what i remember.
