First pic is April 27th 2nd pic is today Sept 1st 4.2 months apart. Most of my gains have been in my legs but I wanted to recreate this image. Everyone always says I look exactly the same.

Your arms look a little bigger and you're straining/posing harder. That's about the only difference.

I feel like vascularity has improved and I am about 10-12lbs heavier. Stomach isn't that bad this was also post lunch. I can hit a vacuum in the am before I start eating. But I don't really like to squeeze the guts
