I am 43 years old and already trained how much bigger am I supposed to get in 4 months recovering from a torn pec? I am more vascular and a little bigger aka making gains @Winning. But yes perhaps I can push a little harder but the original goal was legs and to maintain upper body size while recovering I believe I have done that. But yes have more work to do
