Motherfuckers what was 110 resting heart rate at the damn dr yesterday have been consistently over 100 for months sometimes 117 all of a sudden boom best reading of my life. And I checked it twice not a fluke and look at that blood pressure it has gotten even better. I am always changing thing need to think very carefully about what I did and didn’t do the last 48 hours but godamn I am in the ideal range for everything. Weird as took it because I was having weird fight or flight butterfly sensation panic attack in chest thought it would be high. Nope turns out I am healthy as can be.

I have never seen a reading below 99. The dr took it at 110 yesterday. The AFibCheck ap that uses your finger on the camera took it at 109 the day before. This is the lowest reading I have ever seen by 27 that is more than a 30% drop from my average reading in a day. I may have to update the spreadsheet and evaluate my actions the last 48 hrs. Something has changed drastically for the better. So many variables.
