30 min -

6 sets  - DB clean and press
6 sets - DB snatch
3 sets side laterals
3 sets front raise
3 sets bent over laterals
3 sets overhead press


30 min -   10x

Assault bike 30 sec
10 KB swings

Assault bike - 30 sec
50 mountain climber

Assault Bike - 30 sec
6 burpees


30 min - keep repeating

Walk on air runner at 12 min/mile pace - 1 min
5 x Full Body DB complex

Walk on air runner at 12 min/mile pace - 1 min
5 X 60lb Med ball burpee and overhead throw.

Who is killing themselves? I am not on a heavy cycle. My blood pressure is ideal. I am healthy as can be. Your entire life is temporary. This is a bodybuilding board and yet you seem to hate the concept.

I agree 230 is too small. If I really want a shot at this I need to be 245ish it’s just difficult two steps forward one step back but working on it. If I can stay healthy and keep squatting but knees hurt elbows hurt nothing is guaranteed at this point but I am probably about 235lbs right now abs in pic from earlier today as solid as I have ever been at this weight. No scale in the mountains today.

I don’t even know my bodyweight but I was 237 two days ago and have been eating and taking extra rest since so would assume around 235lbs if I had to guess. But regardless my condition is not bad at this weight I am over 230.

Right side Chest / Shoulder & Arm are so much smaller than Left side.
Very Bad Imbalance - Not Symmetrical at all.

Haven`t you noticed that Hanky never posts a side chest,hands on hips MM,abs + thigh or a lat spread.....better practice cuz they are mandatory.

I had a scale like Hankys and it takes fluids in the body into account when it gives a guesstimate of your bodybfat %.....so the best time to use it is AM after a dump and a piss with an empty stomach.

I gave mine to my old training partner.

I weigh myself Monday and Friday morning during early prep as I relax a bit at weekend diet wise

I can gauge weight loss this way but I do tend to go more off the mirror

I am traveling for 2-3 days dont have a scale with me but based on my weight when I was home and what I ate yesterday and this morning prior to the pic 235lbs in the pic is my best guess. Honestly I could be heavier I feel like a stuffed sausage but still sore and still traveling wont lift again until Friday. Taking some time off to eat and grow giving tendons and joints a rest.

Henda I got off my trt 16 months ago after being on for 10 years.It was a true trt dose but I struggled with some of the same issues you are. I did get my doc to prescribe injectable B12 for me. I joked to the wife it was so by god I would have something to inject. I didn’t notice any difference at first but after several months of it my energy came back greatly.Sex drive and a few other things are still suffering but I can train regular. Thought I would mention it I have heard others say it does no good.Good luck buddy
