You must get shitty winters like me here in Michigan. Do you still walk a lot? I fucking hate walking on snow and ice.

Winters here suck (MA, NH).
Once it hits a certain point (cold) I no longer go out for walks, and choose to use the treadmill and bike.
Knowing Rob he probably keeps on trucking thru this crap...

Funny you say that, the wife was rubbing my feet 2 nights ago and couldn’t believe how soft they were. Oddly enough no corns or bunions. You would think I would tons.

My feet are disgusting.

DB Snatch 70'sx 10 - superset delt x 10 w 30's (See above) - 10x calf raise

30 sec air bike -
20 yards plank walk w sorinex roller 

30 sec air bike
6 x - burpee and med ball clean and press overhead w 60lb med ball

30 sec air bike   
15 KB swings w 62lbs


30 min

walk on air runner 30 sec
sled push across gym and back

30 sec walk on air runner
farmer carry with 88's across gym and back

30 sec air runner
100 mountain climbers

30 sec air runner
1 min side plank hold

30 sec air runner
20 leg raises

NO REST

Why would multiple types of cardio do you any more good than one type? If you are raising your heart rate through cardio does your body even know the difference? I fail to see the need or benefit in rotating for cardio

Some people like me find cardio very boring when we do one type of exercise. Although my cardio sessions at the gym are around 30 minutes, halfway through I switch between the treadmill, a bike, stair stepper, rowing, etc.

Prime, I do the same. I love walking outdoors with the dog, the wife, the nice weather. Dog moves us at a fast pace, up hills, around the neighborhood, etc.
During a 1-hr walk, I do have a point (1/2 way) where I might sit for 5 mins, mainly for the back issues to ease.

In the gym though, I find myself doing 10-mins on treadmill, 10-mins on bike, 10-mins on concept rower. Mainly for the boredom of each one.
Seems to make it go by a bit easier...

You obviously push your limits. I admire your dedication and ambition for staying fit. My main reason for doing cardio is to stay healthy and active. Burning calories in not on my agenda. I do not run on the treadmill for several reasons, I prefer a fast walk. Mostly, I am primarily a laidback type B personality with occasional type A behavior, as in a lack of patience and a bit controlling.   

Most of my teenage and adult life I was big eater, always trying to gain weight and muscle. As a senior, I am comfortable with my genetics. Both my parents were slim if not skinny. Currently, weighing in around 175 lbs. at approximately 70" tall, I feel healthy and fit. An added benefit is having a better selection of clothing to choose from than when I was 195 lbs.

This is cool.  I love outdoor cardio too.....but, for some reason, I like doing it in shit weather - rain, snow, etc...
