Machine delt press hammer strength (stack) 2 x failure
Seated side laterals 1 x drop set
Cable rear delt unilateral 1 x drop set
Close grip smith bench 2 x failure
Single arm reverse grip pushdown 1 x failure

Weight back up to 210lbs finally back to benching over 225 for reps again since heart attack

Had follow up with cardiology finally since discharged myself and she reckons I have heart failure and it’s severe but she can get fucked she’s fat so by default she wrong I’m not being told I’ve got that by some fat fucking cunt

Didn't lift today.

But I hiked Wheeler Peak yesterday in about 6ish hours.

13k feet in elevation, hard to breath at times.

Already getting snow flurries in the morning.

Potential severe heart failure is nothing to play around with.

I’m going to see consultant in months time mate I’m going to ask for another scan (or whatever it is they do to determine ejection fraction) as she was going off scans taken when I was really sick in hospital and ejection fraction was down at 35% and I couldn’t walk to the toilet or brush my teeth without getting breathless and dizzy and now I’m back to full function that I had before so don’t believe it’s as bad as she said mate

Henda, I am not a heart specialist like 99.9% of getbig, however, I assume that my dad is an anomaly.  I would assume most people with 9% EF have symptoms.

With that said, I wouldn't automatically assume that because you have no symptoms or that you feel well, that you're totally okay. Don't wait that long for a second opinion.

Agreed. Is not something to mess around w/ or take lightly. Many dont have any symptoms, then die suddenly.
Get an appt as soon as you can, get a nuclear stress test (and all the cardiac tests done).
My buddy never had a symptom. He was walking thru Loews, started to feel very tired/sick. Thought about going home to sleep it off.
If he did, he wouldnt have woken. Wife convinced to go to hospital. Rushed him in for bypass (widow-maker). Again, no symptoms felt great right up until that point...
He rehabbed for a year and just did (in AUG, and won) a deadlift contest at age 68, he's doing great now...
