Hammer strength pullover 2 x failure
Underhand grip machine row 1 x failure
Reverse pec dec 1 x failure 2x drops
Incline curl 2 x failure
Hammer curl 1 x failure
Rope hammer curl 1 x failure 2 x drops

Drop sets just drop off enough weight to get 3-5 extra reps not the high rep drop set commonly used

Have no buisness posting pics now haha but how currently look still about 12lbs lighter than was prior to getting sick but also fatter now, testosterone back up to a massive 8.3 as per last test haha was >52 (scale only went to 52) on 250mg test e (triumph brand) miss the feeling badly

Points should be awarded for working out despite heart attack diagnosis (unlike some who take time off for squat-induced bicep tears...) 

Points should be deducted for lack of a coaster on the mantle.

Don't forget to ask the consultant about an angiogram. Especially if your heart still isn't pumping back to normal.

Haha thanks mate I (perhaps stupidly) went back to working out day after I left hospital just wanted to be back to as much normality as possible as soon as could couldn’t find the whole laying off thing.

No woman in house to force me to use a coaster now thanks to stupid choices in life. Just me and my son and ex step son live in my house now.

I will definitely ask when I see consultant next month mate I want everything rechecked anyway as they told me have heart failure in severe category but that was going off scans taken whrn at sickest point in hospital I feel (hope) they are wrong.

So I am doing something a little different. I am riding the bike 20 minutes a day and walking the dog twice a day then Hamstrings curls one day then leg extensions the next then one day off from lifting still riding bike then rest and repeat. Going to try this for a week or two and see how it goes.
