Drop sets just drop off enough weight to get 3-5 extra reps not the high rep drop set commonly used
Have no buisness posting pics now haha but how currently look still about 12lbs lighter than was prior to getting sick but also fatter now, testosterone back up to a massive 8.3 as per last test haha was >52 (scale only went to 52) on 250mg test e (triumph brand) miss the feeling badly
