I understand exactly what you mean also.....when medical stuff comes up it truly sucks and in most cases is usually totally unexpected and it surely throws a monkey wrench into the works.

I've been self employed 22 years now.   Fitness is fng easy compered to the suck of self employment, but have managed fine.  Not as good as I would like, but I also rather be a fitnessaholic than deskaholic.

So far so good.  A lot of good guys in the class.   There is a massive and steep learning curve since it’s very technical.   The instructors are great and it’s big boy rules there.

Haha thank for that lovely comment it actually made me laugh in real life. I always looked older than I am a mate takes great delight in asking people who don’t know me to estimate my age when I’m present and laughs when they guess 10+ later that actual age
