It was just a mid workout set and yeah I was winded It was my 5th set and I vape. There is a difference between being winded and running out of strength. Again it wasn’t supposed of be a powerlifting it was just a working set. I usually do less reps and go heavier but I hadn’t squatted in a month.
Also again I have bone on bone with titanium bolts in both knees. The legs are strong and functional and squatting not trying to break any powerlifting squat records
I don’t think my arms have ever looked better I don’t see any atrophy or nerve damage I see two big ass 19 inch arms
and again with the excuses.
So after one poster takes the piss and claims your arms look the same you have now changed you own opinion and evidence that there is a differential in your arms.
You will literally believe anything that you feel makes you look better.
