You are correct I was the same weight. This photo is June 14th 2021 so 18 months ago. While my weight may have been the same my arms especially my right arm was not as good. It looks a lot better now the training I did for the strict curl that I am going to continue to do really brought it back.

So again write whatever nonsense you want I have improved the size strength and balance of the arms my umbilical hernia has also improved significantly despite not getting surgery

When summer rolls around and I get tan and I am in natural light I am going to look like a godamn monster my arms are growing

Right arm looks better. Most people have a different shape to theirs.

You guys spent 750 pages arguing weight doesn’t matter and it is all about how you look. Then when my weight doesn’t go up you claim that means I couldn’t have possibly made any gains. Meanwhile I have added half an inch to my arms probably more to the right the arms look better

Your arms were actually bigger in the older photo, they are smaller now.

I no longer do squats,I do front squats and goblet squats at home....if I`m in a gym my main exercise is leg press.....I`m 67 years old and don`t feel the need to do them anymore as my goals are very different these days.

BUT.....here`s some of the best that I`ve done:

At around 125-130 pounds (I competed in powerlifting at 132 pounds in the early 1970`s)....I did 225 for 20 followed by the aforementioned single with 315......both on the same day in the same workout.

Have done 20 reps with 250 pounds.

405 for a one rep max single

315 for 3 sets of 10,followed by two sets of 8 and a set of 5 reps.....same workout

370 for a triple

All of the above were done below paralell at between 160 -165 pounds.......belt,chalk,knee wraps only!!

I could do that curl rack thingy for 8`s in a month of training no sweat.

My legs sucked by I was a decent squatter,and I always had the highest bench press in my class.

How much can HANKY bench ???   ;D

Hanky has torn his right pec multiple times.  He isn’t going to max bench for anyone not Jesus not Odin not The Horned one and certainly not Wes. But you are talking about what you have done I have benched 365lbs once when I was 25 years old and once when I was 38 years old. I also did 350 for a double at 38 years old and shared the video here.  Currently I workout with 225-275lbs for reps.

It was just a mid workout set and yeah I was winded It was my 5th set and I vape. There is a difference between being winded and running out of strength. Again it wasn’t supposed of be a powerlifting it was just a working set. I usually do less reps and go heavier but I hadn’t squatted in a month.

Also again I have bone on bone with titanium bolts in both knees. The legs are strong and functional and squatting not trying to break any powerlifting squat records

I don’t think my arms have ever looked better I don’t see any atrophy or nerve damage I see two big ass 19 inch arms

I actually was on an AAU powerlifting team and we competed all over New England we squatted,benched,and pulled (pulled = deadlifted to you Brian).....we did not do  curls in some Mickey Mouse org made up by some cat who was decent at curls so he started the org. just to be a showoff like you are.

I can`t believe how pathetic you made yourself look begging for compliments on a Facebook arm wrestling page and wearing undersized shirts......this is the behavior of a teen who just started lifting.

You have no shame,just a big ass fucking head and an even bigger fucking ego.....Lord knows why cuz you ain`t about shit.

You`re a pathetic excuse for a person and far from being a bodybuilder or powerlifter.....got that fuckface ?
