15 is like a quarter past the hour. It can mean 10, 12, 13, 17, 20 etc. It's all the same as 15.

I can guarantee you it that Bhanky can't read analogue clock time.

Don't misunderstand, I'm asking because I am clearly missing some secret knowledge hidden in the 13/15 discrepancy and am humbly seeking once again to have the master illuminate.

13 or 15 doesn't matter from the leg building perspective and I have no doubt that Tree Trunk Hanky has developed legs much better than Markus Ruhl at 46 and practically Platzlike.

Not an excuse. I am proud I can squat at all. You keep talking about how embarrassed I should be that I don’t squat more. Really? I am proud to walk unassisted. I am proud to be able to snowboard to run with my son. Those were always the goals not a 500lbs squat. I don’t just have kind of bad knees. My medical records are those for someone who can’t walk. The titanium bolts in my knees are 25 years old. I haven’t had a meniscus in either knee since I was a teenager. I was having a 100-150cc of fluid pulled out of my knees every couple months. I was on a cane when my son was born. I could barely walk. I have no fluid now.  Now I run and I snowboard and I squat. My legs are functional and strong.

You guys think me squatting 365lbs is a sign I don’t know what I am doing when it comes to lifting and training you couldn’t be more wrong. I could not squat 50 fucking pounds 4 years ago

Did you have a medical condition?
Knees dont wear out that fast naturally no matter how hard you work them..

Exactly!

When I was a kid I trained legs by half squatting to a bench.....later on, although my quads have always sucked,I trained the living piss out of them, so my lack of size wasn`t from a lack of trying.

In my opinion,Hanky never did legs until not too long ago.....never had any knee injuries either.

I have always thought this about him from jumpstreet as he hardly ever mentions any other bodyparts other than his arms, and if legs are brought up as a topic he goes with the injury ploy.

He does no rowing movements or heavy triceps work either.

In essence,he`s a lazy fuck who loves to train his unevenly sized arms.
