Training your arms and chest is easy but training your legs and back is hard. This is my theory on why most gym-bros have skinny legs and under-developed posteriors (nh).

Hanky says he does no deadlifts,OK,how come he doesn`t do BB Rows or DB Rows.....he does all cable shit and a few sets of chins for 6 reps.
He`s soft,and trains like a pussy!!
