So are you close to setting a world record in the bench deadlift or squat that would be impressive? I was training for the state bench record when I tore my right pec for the 3rd time . My knees are never going to allow me to go for a deadlift or squat record. However yeah so far everything has been holding up pretty good for curling. I have had some upper back neck pain recently not sure if that is related but will monitor it. I have a herniated disc in the lower and upper back but have been squatting regardless but yeah my back does get really stiff after squats and I have noticed it when strict curling as well. I try to space out squats from everything else as back is tight for a couple days after
