Again if you believe your arm training to be more effective we can compare? You train like a child 3 laps around the field then some push-ups and jumping jacks that’s not hardcore training. I am actually training for a max effort that is hardcore training. Talk all the nonsense you want but you train like a woman trying to lose weight and tone up. I train like a man.

When you get time, please show us how easy it is to do 10 DB snatches with 90s.

I am literally following the training program that I pulled of the basement wall of the 6x 198lb world champion and owner of the Heaviest body weight curl ever and the current owner of the 198lb world record current Arnold and Mr America champ. I am going to stick to his program vs doing burpees and air bikes. I want to break records not a sweat. But yeah I get it Getbig says I am doing it all wrong. I will train my way and my results will speak for themself you guys do whatever bullshit you want

This is the best part. He started a thread about buying calibrated weights (as if even setting a world record would require a large amount of weight) so he can mimic a competitive environment.
His next video is him throwing on slippers during his lunch break so he can train.

*also I’m sure this champ has an Arnold like trait in that the work out on the wall is not his real workout any how. It’s all subterfuge. You would think this ex military specialist would recognize the oldest trick in the book.

Also I hardly consider something that I enjoy doing a last act of desperation more like Brian is enjoying his life and having fun. If you guys would rather bear crawl across the gym with sandbags than do heavy curls have at it I prefer heavy curls. I also think my way is going to get me where I am trying to go bear crawls is not going to do anything other than make me tired that’s not the goal. Bigger stronger arms that is the goal you guys keep working on your 10 mile ruck times I am going to get mad strong

Anyone with any brains who was training for biceps strength gains, would work biceps once weekly since they are a small bodypart that also gets used during back training.....not that you train your back at all.....then the following week 3 more sets of 5 rep strict curls followed by 3 heavier sets of cheat curls with a mega-slow negative to overload the biceps muscles and get them prepared/used to heavier weights, yet you copy another guys workout, and that guy responds entirely different from training, eating, and resting, than you do....you idiot!

I competed in AAU powerlifting and plenty of odd lift contests.....and I was a personal trainer for over 20 years.

You can`t  tell me a damn thing about training.....don`t forget I`ve seen the fairy workouts you post shirking all the hard basic stuff, and you rag on me for training neck and abs, while I also  do skullcrushers,seated french press front squats,leg presses,deadlifts,heavy BB and DB rows,heavy shrugs,heavy bradford presses etc. etc. all stuff that you substitute with BS movements like one arm cable extensions,pressdowns,leg extensions,1/4 squats, and a few shitty chinups.
