I competed in AAU powerlifting and plenty of odd lift contests.....and I was a personal trainer for over 20 years.

You can`t  tell me a damn thing about training.....don`t forget I`ve seen the fairy workouts you post shirking all the hard basic stuff, and you rag on me for training neck and abs, while I also  do skullcrushers,seated french press front squats,leg presses,deadlifts,heavy BB and DB rows,heavy shrugs,heavy bradford presses etc. etc. all stuff that you substitute with BS movements like one arm cable extensions,pressdowns,leg extensions,1/4 squats, and a few shitty chinups.

I mean I am literally following an 8 week program that changes every workout that was designed by the guy with the highest Wilkes score ever in the event yet here come the getbig genius’s to tell me I am doing it all wrong

When you see my end results you will go back through this thread to find the secrets but they won't be there you guys don't deserve the next 13 workouts. Clegg TKO Bhanks in a fight because Bhanks refused to answer the bell.   Bhanks says he was raining down fire on Clegg head for 2 rounds but in the victory hand raise Clegg looks fine and Bhanks looks like a broken man.   

Bhanks looks juiced to the grills and Clegg - well - not so much. 

Someone contacted Clegg and Clegg agreed to do a rematch in February.  At first Bhanks agreed, but has been ducking and hedging ever since.
