5 sets flat dumbell press
3 sets incline press
3 sets hammer strength incline
5 sets pushdowns
3 sets some tricep hammer strength or something machine
very surprised at the flat db press, havent done them in at least 15 years. Got the 100s for 8 clean reps. Realy looking forward to seeing what weights I can move ina month, 2 months, etc etc. Im not even 3 weeks full back into it yet
