He can't hit any side or back or leg shots, missing more than 1/2 the mandatory poses.  Everyone in the gym knows it, no one gets respect when they are so obviously lacking.  He'll ignore this like he does everything negative he can't deny, but even novices know to easily dismiss him as a bullshitter at best

It's shocking, he's been in and around gyms and bodybuilding for decades but pretends not to know things, or worse ---sometimes really doesn't know them.  But apparently knows enough how to drop his pants for photos to entice Patrick and Cooper

How can any progress be seen posting 20 pics daily all looking exactly the same or worse for months on end....impossible ?

Remember when he was on his kick about squats and building his legs blah blah blah. That's long gone haven't heard a peep about legs in ages. Because he trains like an ass doing max rep squats and they haven't grown. Now all that matters is bIG gUNz!!

I felt that way ONCE about 24 months ago until he insulted everyone on multiple occasions and was brand fucking new here.......ONCE !!!

Can you imagine joining a new board and right off the bat you start insulting established members.

All the tough wops and ninjas at my old gyms would have beaten his ass to a bloody pulp like Spaulding does, but even worse.
