Raising a plate over your head kinda seems like an overhead press.

I think it’s more of a front raise then at top squeeze traps or shrug with arms overhead.

I used to do them with a 45 pound plate for front delts....I`ll stick to shrugs for traps though, thanks to Straw for sharing just the same.

Yeah it’s the only front raise I like doing it with a 45 I don’t think I’d feel much going all the way up. Either way I hate training traps more than anything.

Yes.   A lot of sleds and chains.  And tons of DB presses.   Assault bike.   Dips . Etc.   also a lot of DB squats.

I like doing upright rows, both using cables and a relatively light barbell. Shrugs have long been a mainstay exercise. I can go fairly heavy with these. I have not tried the overhead plate for traps. My delts are weak both in strength and size. For this reason, I am careful not to do too much for traps because big traps and tiny delts isn't a good look.  -As narrow as Heath. :)

Probably won't exercise today other than to lift my fork to my mouth and at some point push myself away from the table.

10 Minute warmup w 35lb DB

35 Minute Back, Bi's Calves

3 sets of 1 Arm Rows with 80's superset with calves and bis
3 sets of wide grip pull downs superset with calves and bis
3 Sets of seated row superset with calves and bis
3 sets of Rope Row Superset with low bar row and calves and bis

30 minute circuit - as fast and little rest as possible.

30 seconds on air runner
5x Squat , curl, Press w 45lb plate
Chain Row with 6 plates on the sled
Farmer carry with 88ls kettlebells
10 Tire Flips
Sandbag bear crawl drag


30 minute circuit

30 sec Airbike
30 sec back exercise of choice
30 sec Airbike
30 Sec core exercise of choice

Just a quickie with hardly any rest at all....great pump with an intense burn.....I was lucky I got it in.....I feel like shit.
