it is a real-weight bar at least (not one of the zero-weight ones)

Have not touched a weight in just over two weeks due to doctor's orders.  Went in yesterday morning and got the okay to once again, proceed with tiny weights and extreme caution.  Bhanky is waaaaaay bigger than me.  Sorry for the faint praise damnation, bhankster.

I am so happy for you - great news!  Tiny weights and extreme caution is my training style too! ;D

Yes it is, I was just in the groove and everything felt amazing. The pump would not subside and the reps just kept coming. Being that I love training arms and only do them once every 7-10 days when I have a great feeling arm day I like to bury them.
