Your full of blatant flaws....you are just lean cuz of the GH you use constantly.

In essence you have a tiny left arm,a big full right arm,an atrophied pec,your legs are smaller than mine and you weigh two thirty suppoedly in your dreams compared to my one eighty five.....your waist is wde....wider than your narrow shoulder structure,your one shoulder looks like a deformed boulder,the other one is simply average ....thin back with zero thickness...you are just lean with a below average build that placed last four times in a row in one contest,and you think you have bragging rights....WHY ???

My knees and shoulders and pec and elbow feel great not going to mess that up ego lifting to compete with an 80 year old runt

Seriously Hankins why is bp so high, I’ve had high bp most my life but your bottom numbers are crazy. Get on some Lisinopril asap shit works instantly just take 5mgs a day. Mine was always 145-160/85-90 and I felt like ass until I got on meds. Runs in my family so nothing really helped it except Lisinopril and it instantly brought it to 110/70 all the time. I used to hear the ringing as well.

Wide grip pull downs, palms facing in
Close grip underhand pull downs
Dumbell rows
Seated upright machine rows
Trap bar shrugs
Reverse hypers
Normal hypers

(Lighter weights, very minimal rest)

Cable crunches
Laying knee raises
Hanging leg twist

Now leave me alone.
