I eat skinless boneless chicken breasts,lean beef,fish,eggs and eggwhites,tuna,whey shakes pre and post workout in water,rice,baked potatoes,oatmeal,natty PB,olive oil,cream of wheat,rice cakes,yogurt,cottage cheese,and plenty of water.

Compared to your sloppy puke looking sausage and biscuits with gravy,subs laden with mayo,hotwings,pizza,soda,gatorade,cookies,ice cream, and pie,peach cobbler, one of your staple go to meals and the list of fast food crap too numerous to mention....you decide who knows more about what to eat especially when you have a heart attack and edema from failing kidneys genius.

Most pro bodybuilders eat along the same lines that I do,watch their videos......trust me,they do not eat like you on a regular basis.

I eat my fair share of cheat meals but all you eat is cheat meals......and you train like a kunt....no dedication at all....just GH and gear to counter the effect of eating like a 5 year old.

I was able to bench press 170 lbs last week but I missed at 175. I didn’t unrack the weight properly and I didn’t get a good push. I weighed 133 lbs in my undies and I will get a Mathjew Canning approved height later this week. I’m also working more on incline dumbbell presses.

Our best gauge of your strength was a touch-and-go 1RM bench with 350 (maybe you had 355 in you, but you needed assistance on the second rep).  That's a good bench press, but:

A. As you're fond of saying, it is not current and, by your own logic, "doesn't count" since you can't duplicate the lift today;
B. You're perfectly able, and seem willing to, film yourself when you think it portrays you in a positive light.

As such, if you're "twice as strong as Wes" (LOL!), why not video yourself lifting poundages greatly in excess of what Wes claims?

What would it take for that to happen?  Does he have to post videos first?  That's not fair.  You said you would squat 405 on camera...instead, we got a half rep with 355 and a "work set" with 225 that drug-free girls can rival.

I know you've had your set backs vis-a-vis leg training, and I know you've had some pec tears.  That will hurt your performance, and for that, you've my commiserations (I've been there, too). 

Yet, I'm not going around saying I'm twice anyone's strength in a given lift -- you are.  So what would it hurt?  Even if you don't film the bloody thing, pick one of Wes' current working set weights, try to beat it, and if you can't, come clean, dude.  No excuses, no caveats. 

It would earn you some respect...and if you say you just don't give a shit about others' opinions of you, it's time to engage in some serious introspection.  You obviously DO care; otherwise, you wouldn't fight the entire board daily.

I reckon that's as reasonable and polite as anyone will address this.

Why do you think you missed the 175?  Was it just the unracking?

Without even realizing it, back when I benched, I would initiate the unracking by lifting my ass well off the bench, then I'd get resituated, lower my tush, scapula still down and back, and take it from there. 

I found that immeasurably better than the typical "lift-off," which usually left my shoulders protracted and unstable.

AlphaDestiny on YouTube has this down-pat.  Check him out.

You mentioned Incline DBs as an accessory move... they're great for bodybuilding, but they never helped my bench much.  YMMV, but I found heavy dips useful.  I actually abandoned flat bench for weighted dips on a parallel or Gironda-style V bar as my go-to pec movement.

In those days, JM presses were new; you might have a go at them.  I see there are pads now that help teach how to do JMs ideally...if I ever get my gut fixed, I will give them a go.

Good luck, regardless, sweetie!  You'll be crushing 185 before you know it :)

I had no assistance no one touched that bar I got 2 reps. I am significantly larger now. I have more muscle tissue now but yes I am not training low reps with an injury. Additionally this old man claimed he was going to be in shape and post a pic in 6 weeks a year ago. Meanwhile we haven't seen one yet. I post all the time. I ain't posting fucking lifting videos for people who have yet to prove they even workout. What challenge dude is literally talking about benching 60lbs dumbells I curl that shit. Lets see a current pic from Wes he owes that long before he gets to start challenging lifts. And fuck yes I am twice his fucking strength it's not just about what you lifted once decades ago. I would pick him up over my head and put him in a backbreaker over my shoulders  Lex fucking Luger Style he is a child.

One of us post his workouts meals weigh ins and pics of his results. The other just yips like a chihuahua about how they have transformed lost 5 inches from their belly and are in great shape working out with 60lb dumbells in secrecy. I mean which one of us is not backing up their stuff???

How am I secretly working out....I post my routines almost daily.

No one wants to see you back up your BS with the same old tired pics and weigh in videos.....trust me....nobody cares about what you do.......if they do care,they need to get a life.
