I don’t have any leaking fluid or a cyst anymore but that is the point knees feel better than they have in years what I am doing is working
Of course your knees were hurting from squatting.....your form sucked because you were trying to impress the board by using way more weight than you could actually handle.
If you had half a brain you`d drop your fucking ego and start squatting all over again from scratch.......10X10 with 135 all below parralell....
IF you get these reps throw a ten pound plate on each side at your next session, and
IF you get those,wash, rinse, repeat.
