Trained back: I did non taxing warmups as needed. I like Yates type training. It's brutal to do a set till you're blue in the face trying to get that one more rep but it works. It's also time efficient. While it takes a while to recover from exercise to exercise it's still fast. Most workouts take about 45 minutes. Legs an hour. Believe me I have nothing against multi set trainers.

I got a covid shot three days ago and I still feel achy. My lymph nodes are swollen like a golf ball under my arm. I trained and I was in pain, lol. I'm immune compromised from blood cancer. Doc gave me a laundry list of vaccines I should get. This was the last one. I got RSV, Pneumonia, Shingles, flu, Covid and DPT. If I was a young healthy guy I wouldn't have gotten any of them. Last time I got covid I ended up in the hospital because my damaged white blood cells couldn't fight it. One good thing is that the covid variants around now are much weaker than when they first hit the US. Many have little symptoms or at the worst a bad cold for a week. Covid use to be so strong it killed plenty of strong healthy guys. A guy I worked with caught it and he benched 500 a week before catching it. Less than two weeks he was dead. The governor in NJ talked about him on the news.
