Lots of houses have bonus rooms up or downstairs. I don't like stairs. This is a sunroom ground level off the kitchen and living room. It will get played a lot more. I can handle half a foot off ideal unobstructed for any shot width no problem. My son just played a game with half a cue stick said the regular one was too heavy, so I just untwisted it and gave him half a cue. His mom has a toy size pool table he is learning on there, but I had to let him get first break here. Will get some quality 54-inch cues for side shots.

It looks like it is just the backyard behind this sunroom, and you said your property line extends past the tree line. So, you could have had more room to play pool and not compromised your yard much at all.

I have already played a couple games now with a regular cue it is fine. I am going to get a smaller cue for my son anyway. I can also use as needed. Right now you just list like you have a ball next to it I used to play basement pool my entire life I can shoot around a post I can handle lifting a cue. It will actually make you a better player

Nah I am not that good although I did have a pool table in my parents basement I played growing up. Truth is if you can shoot straight and know where and how to hit the ball you can beat most people. I prefer 9 ball these days. However, you will never beat the guys that play all day everyday there are levels.

They literally just put the table together yesterday but yeah have a good mutual friends couple (the ones who actually introduced me socially to my wife) that live 8 miles away we picked this location for a reason. Fuck it may as well share my friend has been dating my wife's brother for a decade. She introduced me to my wife socially at her house here in Raleigh. We all play Catan together on a somewhat regular basis and go out on occasion as well and that is when they lived 4 hours away. Now we can add billiards and they are 10 minutes away. So yeah we already have friends in the area they even have a kid that plays with our kids. thank you for your concern

It fills my heart with Joy just seeing my table again, it being so accessible and still having a separate living room. I had it in living room last 2 houses is really nice to have a living room and a billiard room attached as I would never play if it was in basement or upstairs. Nor would anyone else people want to be next to kitchen and beer and outdoor smoking area when they play pool.  But I have a wife and kids now need a proper living room as well so this is perfect.

I saw my wife at my lawyers office in passing. She handled a speeding ticket for him in a county he didn't want to go to and sent me an email.  I did not speak to her in person until about 3 years later when my friend introduced me to her at her house in Raleigh NC. She was dating another guy at that time as well but she liked me. I was somewhat infamous in the area for racing everyone knew who I was and my wife had a crush on me. My friend also talked me up to her. She eventually dumped the other guy and we started dating.
